Find a pic on the net. Right click, find out its properties and copy paste to your template as shown below. Alternatively,if its a picture you have on your comp or something,upload it on some host web page (try www.genebase.com)and insert it in your template section (the header section) like so :

you could also go to View>Source and figure out the rest of the template.
