It's a painting called Hurry up and Wait by Lissa Bockrath or something... I have nothing to do with it! You have to upload your picture on some host web page (try www.genebase.com)and insert it in your template section (the header section) like so :

}

height:330px;
background-image:url('http://www.bockrathgallery.com/lissa/Blurred_Reality/hurry_up_and_wait.jpg');
}
you could also go to View>Source and figure out the rest of the template.
