Ode To a Nightingale

My heart aches, and a drowsy numbness pains
My sense, as though of hemlock I had drunk,
Or emptied some dull opiate to the drains
One minute past, and Lethe-wards had sunk:
'Tis not through envy of thy happy lot,
But being too happy in thine happiness,
That thou, light-wingèd Dryad of the trees,
In some melodious plot
Of beechen green, and shadows numberless,
Singest of summer in full-throated ease.

It was haunting me all day... I love Keats.

"Let me take this oppurtunity" (that terribly cliched phrase, used to the point of irritation today) to officially congratulate my dear friend Sudarshana, who's come second in this poetry writing competition we have had :-)

Drop...please aar boast korish na. Enough of the born genius bit.

"I'd also like to take this oppurtunity", to compliment my gorgeous volunteer friend, Preeta, who looked simply wonderful today.
